NO!!
oh yes there is one way.Sit down in before ur XP Desktop and start modifying the windows explorer.It wont take more than 5 years to make ur XP look like ubuntu.

There are two three things. YODM3D, and there is one software which makes border transparent. Its name is mentioned on the Vitsa Transformation pack site.
There is however nothing as complete as Compiz.

Check out Cube Desktop.Its pretty cool.TrialWare though.

Deskspace was previously known as YODM3D.

Obviously trialware. I use Deskspace but TopDesk was very annoying, it was buggy as hell when used with directx apps.
