Cool Can not open hard disc icons

1. I cannot explore any of the hard disc partitions by clicking icons in My Computer. While doing so a massage box comes up saying “partition name: \application cannot run in Win32 mode.” I am forced to enter any of the partitions through address bar only. But once I have entered into the partition I can explore any of the files directly. But if I enter through different administrator account then everything is normal. What can be wrong? Any setting wrong in gpedit.msc ?

2. I cannot log on through any limited user account. It hangs with welcome screen.
But if I try to enter by switching user from administrator account, then a Box pops up in welcome screen saying “Windows can not log you on because your profile can not be loaded. Check that you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning correctly. If this problem persist contact to your network administrator.”
What is it?

3. I am having two hard discs connected in my computer. How I can block other limited account user to access one of them? Is it possible?

there must be an autorun.inf file in the root directory of u r HDD partitions placed by some virus. the files are generally hidden. delete the autorun.inf file and problem solved.
