Default How To open Data Traveller(pen drive) in winxp.

HI
I have a pen drive "king stone Data Traveller 2gb" .when i put it in MAC SYSTEM i can open all the files and folder inside it ,but in win xp it says "the disk in drive in E is not formated ,do you want to format it now ?" Then I clik on yes,
then it shows "there is no disk in dirve E. insert a disk and then try again.

so it is not formated by win xp and also never shows any files.

If any body has solution for it then please help me out.
