Unhappy Cant clean virus :( - "VBS/Autorun.R2 in"

Dear Folks,

I've got a laptop and have installed Quick Heal Antivirus Plus 2008 (Version 9.50). I update the virus definitions daily.

The comp has been infected by "VBS/Autorun.R2 in" virus. The virus is always detected in the "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\" Folder and its subfolder.

Quickheal continously keeps on giving popus that the virus has been detected. Upon clicking "OK" on the window, the same popup comes up again. These popups are getting highly annoying.

PLEASE could anyone tell me either:
1) How to get rid of this nasty virus, or
2) How to turn of Quickheal's notifications (upon detecting the virus) - i've looked at all available options in Quickheal, and have not found any one that can turn off such notifications.

Please help me!!
