Question Os Switching


hi everyone,
i have installed windows xp sp3, over previously installed windows xp, now i have duel boot system.
as working on sp3 if i want to switch on older xp, then is it possible that without restarting the system , i can switch from one os to another????
if yes, is the answer then
plz, tell the way.........????

u can create a virtual machine and use vmware player or server to use two OS simultaneously. I don't know of any other way by which u can switch between multiple os in the same machine.
