xp transformation to vista

is it safe to use the vista transformation packs and other available packs on win xp.

its safe as long as u know what to install from the installation pack...as some of the addons may slow down ur system considerably..
best option would be to install the visual style, icons, boot screen, etc. manually

Vista transformation packs will slow down your pc..So as axxo said do it manually..

Follow VG's tutorial, its the best one it wont slow down ur PC
