AMD dual core 1.6 ghz turion ram 1.5 gb geforce go 6150 - memory can be shared with 32, 64 or 128 of the ram. I have vista basic and win xp wid sp2 both installed.. and use vista bootloader to dual boot. I run the game Scarface in Win Xp and even after putting all settings to lowest, the game runs slow. It increased performance when i reduced graphic card sharing of the ram to minimum - 32, but still i am perplexed as to why even after well satisfying the minimum requirements my game runs slow. The minimum reqments of the game are:- Operating System: Windows® XP with SP2 Processor: Pentium® 4 2.8 GHz or AMD® equivalent DirectX 9.0c-compatible sound card and speakers or headphones Video Card: DirectX 9.0c-compatible video card (ATI Radeon x800 or NVIDIA GeForce FX 6800) or higher Disk Space: 5 GB of uncompressed hard drive space CD Speed: 16x DVD-ROM RAM: 512 MB RAM I hope if anyone can suggest me ways to increase performance. Thanks. |
