What is being downloaded? Network analyzer!?

Now, I just saw that my BSNL 500 account is downloading something, alerted by the bars in Zonealarm pro. the connection details shows that data is being received quite fast. it had downloaded ~75MB before i saw it.

I tried TCPView from sysinternals, but i could not figure out how to see the amount of traffic by each application. Is there any app which can show me that? so I can easily identify which app is doing the downloading.

I'm looking for something like File Monitor from sysinternals, except for internet.

I tried ethereal and wireshark, though I couldnt quite use it for this purpose.

Any ideas?

You can use Active Ports. It will tell you which process is using which port to connect which site.

btw it may be Adobe reader updates if you have one. It has a very bad habit of not letting you that it is downloading something. or perhaps spyware, adware, trojan, etc etc.
