virus problem

hi guys,

I am heaving a virus problem, i dont know which virus is it, i also scanned my system in safemode but problem remain same, pls help me out. if anyone know abt this virus/trojan/bug which block all of ur shortcuts and whenever u click on any shortcut the "Open with" window opens , even by right clicking on the desktop i am getting error rundll32.exe missing but the file is still present in the windows\system32 folder.
i am using Avira AntiVir anti virus.

pls suggest me wht to do.
it all happens when i click the file name called love and important in pen drive.its in the doc format.
pls guys help me out.

goto http://pack.google.com and download norton virusscan and pc doctor

try scanning with them in safe mode...

or else use AVG anti-root kit and spybot search and destroy

scan always in safe mode.....
