Default Fake Security Alerts (Spyware Alert)

I am getting this weird security alert, saying that I must install some "Spy Security Tool", my desktop wallpaper has been changed and I cant restore it.
Every time a pop up window appears saying some files are under risk. Task manager has been disabled. So, what can I do..?

Install a good anti-spyware tool like Ad-Aware SE along with Spybot S&D
Its the best combination...
Search for and destroy all spywares....

^He's most likely got a virus too.
Dude, get an updated AntiVirus and an updated AntiSpyware and scan your system.

Or get Hijack-This and post the log, and hopefully people will be able to tell you what virus is on ur pc , so you may get a specific tool to remove it.

The only way is to remove a spyware from Spyware Doctor. if this also not work than format the pc.
