Get Rid OF menu Bar iN Vista

Hi,
my menu bar in windows explorer in win vista is visible now . When I click organise and Layout The menu bar is unchecked but still i see the menu bar what ever i do i cant get rid of it. Please Give me A good Solution To remove menu bar from win explorer.....

Type "sysdm.cpl" in RUN or Startmenu search box and press Enter. Goto "Advanced" tab and click on "Settings" button under "Performance" section. Now enable "Show previews and filters in folder" option and apply it.

How to Disable Menubar in Windows Vista Explorer?

but the "show previews and filter in folder is already checked " ,even i tried by unchecking it and enabling again but in vain .... Do u have any other solutions ??????
