Error in .net framework

There seems to be some problem in my comp. The thing is whenever i click to shutdown, an error comes generally in the file smss.exe and and scss.exe (something like that name only) the dialog box with the end now button comes.

now when sometimes i start my comp i get the following error.

i ran antivirus but nothing came up. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework but still the same problem.

pls help.
