Default software for system snapshot

hi friends,

pls suggest me a software which can -
1. take snapshot of entire system (registry and all sytem folders too) say before installing a software.
2. give a report of the changes that have been done to the system after a software has been installed.
3. reverse only those changes which were reported at that point even after 'n' number of activities have taken place after that. for eg - let's say i generate a report of the changes taken place after installing software 1 and save it. later, i install software 2 , s/w 3, s/w 4...s/w n. after installing s/w 9 i should be able to reverse the changes effected by s/w 1 only.

is there something which can do this? i'm not able to find one.
thanks in advance.
