please read my hijackthis logfile and advise!!!

hello all.im a medical student , so my knowledge abt this computer problem is limited.i had taken a pen drive from someone to use and while scanning found kinza.exe but my mcafee was unable to delete it.how can i find out if my computer is infected by kinza and how to remove it,pls advise. also i use a software called counterspy ,made by sunbelt software,and it found the following - 1.Actmon PC & Internet Monitoring Commercial Key Logger Processes detected
c:\WINDOWS\system32\imapd.exe,which it deleted.2.ActMon Computer Monitoring Commercial Key Logger Files detected-
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DOCUMENTS\REPORTS,this also was deleted. can u pls tell me how to find if these key logging software have really been deleted and how to delete them in future. also my last question is regarding wscript.exe from my logfile can u please tell whether this is virus or not..thanking all of u in advance...... im posting the hijackthis logfile below-

First of all, I'll advise you to ditch McAfee and use NOD32 (www.eset.com) or Kaspersky (www.kaspersky.com).....
McAfee is the most bloat AntiVirus and its virus detection rate is terribly poor...... It was good a long time ago but now there are way way better AntiVirus softwares available.....

Get rid of this as the .dll file is already missing.

This looks like a spyware as I searched Google. Get rid of this and install SpyBot or Windows Defender.

I think these are of no use, so delete them.
