how to uninstall windows vista?

hi

i had installed windows vista on my pc from a dvd which had come with my dell laptop.After using it for some time , i am getting "not genuine" message on login.Please let me know how do i uninstall the OS since i am unable to boot into vista. i have dual boot with windows xp. so please lemme know how can I get vista uninstalled from windows xp.
