Default Youtube - can't watch movies

Hey all,
I'm suddenly having a problem both on my home computer and at work: I can't watch any Youtube movies anymore. I keep getting this message:

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player "Get the latest Flash player."

The thing is, Javascript is on, and I've downloaded the latest Flash 9. What's going on???

I can see the installation completion movie, so I guess it's installed, but then I go on Youtube and the same message appears again. I'm using Explorer on both computers.

Sorry for hijacking the thread. I've got a similar problem. Though I've installed the latest flash player, some sites say that I haven't installed IE7 doesn't have that problem because I have Silverlight installed.
