Default A different kind of software

Hi all , Is there any software which has the following features : -
1) Refreshes pages of any given site in some random intervals
2) It uses proxy servers to open a site

If there exists a software with above things please give me the link from where i can download it.

Answer #1 & 2 : Maxthon

Opera is also good but i still prefer IE based shell of Maxthon.

Thanx alot , but can anyone help me by telling how to use proxies , actually i never used them in browsers , tried once , but wasnt able to undesratnd it.
Actually i need to use a list of proxies , so that each time a page is loaded , it is loaded with a new IP.
