Default Dual boot Linux - boot failure after XP Encryption

I recently installed Disk Crypt Trial software to check how the disk / partition encryption works. I have Dual boot XP & Linux. Now after encrypting one of the XP partitions, the Linux fails to boot. It is just stuck up at startup (text screen) itself. Probably it is trying to map / mount the XP partitions and fails there due to one partition being encrypted.

Just wondering if there could be any workaround.
Thanks,

Yes you can bypass that. You will have to boot into single user mode, open the file /etc/fstab
Code:
nano /etc/fstab
Now delete all the lines that are mounting the windows partition.
