Microwave buying guide. Plz help.

I did not know where to post this so am posting this here.

I will very soon be buying a microwave oven. Can u tell me what is the diff. Between a grill type and a convection type microwave oven.

Those of u who have a microwave oven plz recommend a brand and model which has very good value for money. I dont require anything above 20-24litres capacity.

I read the guide but still did not understand what is the diff. Between a grill and convection type. The guide says that grill is an extra feature but the the cheapest Whirlpool ovens come with grill. What wont i be unable to cook if i bought a grill type instead of a convection type?
