Default Slipstreaming Vista SP1

Please can anyone give a detailed stepwise instruction on slipstreaming Vista SP1 into the main OS.

Slipstreaming SP1 in Vista RTM is not supported by users.

You can download the full ISO of Windows Vista + SP1 integrated from any torrent site & then use your legal key to activate it.
