Default big problem......song videos refuse to play...


hey guys i have a problem...am running windows xp professional....my music player is windows media player 11......whenever i try to play my song video from it displays the send error report to micrsoft dailog box and wen opted for do not send(i do not have internet) it closes the player and the explorer window of my video in my documents...even if i directly try to play video by going to my videos in my documents it instantly closes window...is it a window bug or a virus...plz help.....

u don't have the req codecs
use vlc player

true its codec problem, or the files you are trying to read in themselves are curropt and causing you WMP to crash. I si having with each and every file.

If you arent able to open any of your older files which you were opening without any trouble using WMP earlier. If this is the case, then uninstall WMP 11 and then install again after rebooting your system.

yes.... reinstall WMP..... install latest K-Lite Codec Pack and play with Media Player Classic....if it cannot play then it might be the file problem
