Default Antivirus

I read in Fats Track from april that if i have 2 anti-viruses installed they might cause conflict between each other. So i dunt noe which one i need. I have AVG 7.0 personal installed and avast!personal 4.6, both are free. I update both of em almost every week. Is it OK to keep both of em, or i should get rid of one?

Dont keep more than one AV...., it will conflict over each other and sometimes wont even boot up (happned for me )
They have problems with the live update thingies.
