Smartsound soundtrack plugin.msi

Wrong Recently I have deleted a folder C:\programme file\smartsound. I thought this a malicious programme and parmanently deleted the same. Today while I open an application "dataone usage finder" to see the usage it is not open instead it start to install the programme with a msg windows installer cannot find "Smartsound quicktrack plugin.msi". On cancelling the installation several time the "DUF" finally open.

On googling I come out to know that it is adobe premier pro plugin. Now the question is I have not installed "adobe permier pro " in my system. I think it is a programme installed with some other application.

Can any one please help me actually which programme's plugin it is and how can I reinstall the same. Also what is the relation of this plugin with "Dataone Usage finder"
