How To Make Service In Windows XP?

hi all,

now days my friend make an application using java (Cyber cafe Management) but now we've to make the login page same as i-way cyber cafe.

my senior tell me this can done with help of services.

but i've no ne infos about it.

if ne1 have idea how to run exe (Exe Made by us to load java prog)
after the login and no other things are loaded before successfuly loged in through this java prog.

Please Help me....

i dont know how to do this in Java but Visual Studio .Net gives u an option to make windows services.......... u can make windows services here , which can be loaded automatically at startup and then they run in background i.e. Daemon processing!!!!
