Default IE 7 and Spyware....

hi .....
I'm using IE 7 and yesterday it got infected by a spyware
(or whatever it is) named "ekvgsnw "......(Ekvgsnw Toolbar)
I've tried many things, like installed Spyware Doctor to remove it....But I failed to remove it...Also tried to delete this dll files but windows search shows no result..
The names of the dll files are the following,
toprates.dll
sprt_ads.dll
browsew.dll
oggview32.dll
turbosearchsite.dll
byxww.dll
ssqpp.dll
ezzhjmt.dll
ddcyvtt.dll
ctl3d3.dll
hggdbab.dll

Also my IE is not responding well..........taking too much of cpu like 85-90% of usage...
Plz help me on this..............................

Werent you running IE7 in Protected Mode?

Anyway Ekvgsnw Toolbar is a sticky malicious BHO which urges you to install a rogue anti-spyware.

I know of XoftSpy and SpywareDoctor which can remove it. Try Rogue Remover too. Better to use these removers and it may be easier and more complete than a manual try. Maybe you could download the freeaware version of SpyDoc Starter Edition through Google Pack.
