skippednote M3TAL H3AD M3 Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Highway To Hell Posts: 1,376	Wierd Problem Whenever i turn off or restart my pc the computer doesn't turn off completely but instead it show a black with a cursor on it and remains as it is untill i manually turn it off . But as I hv already said before, reinstalling OS may fix your problem permanently.
