Inspiron 1420 drivers

Hey i hv an inspiron 1420 with vista basic, ultrasharp screen and all other being the same.
I wish to install XP, and the dell site has too many drivers listed.
Can any one please point to the basic drivers required to run the system.

Intel Chipset drivers from Intel website or that Dell list itself.

Conexant for the modem. Just the driver. In that list it's there.

Broadcom 59XX 10/100 Ethernet Controller from the list.

That's just about all you need.
