I'd say Flashget + Flashgot(Firefox plugin)

Re: help regarding download managers!!!!!!
flashget is the best download manager ever. Orbit has a few more features, but its unstable compared tp flashget. I am yet to find an equivalent for it.
All people go on preaching about DownThemAll(firefox), Downloader For X(linux) and Download Accelator Plus(windows). All the three suck, each more than the other.http://TheSmallerBang.wordpress.com

FDM. Integrates well with opera as well, which very few download managers support.

Re: help regarding download managers!!!!!!
You may use Mass Downloader. It is popular bcoz of it uses maximum speed available. This dowloader is not free at all & runs for 30 days only. Download it from www.metaproducts.com, also a small download manager is free there but doesn't have more options like full version anyway speed is the same.

Free Download Manager
http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/
lets u :
-Increase your download speed and resume broken downloads
-Download video from video sites, such as Youtube, Google Video, etc. The video can then be saved in native .flv format or converted to one of more popular video formats.
-A built-in Upload Manager lets you upload your files easily to share them with other people. Upload manager can be easily integrated with your system (Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express).
-You can read what other community members say about the file you are going to download, and also leave your own opinion about the file you downloaded. In this way FDM users are always warned against useless or malicious files.
-Free download manager is now open source software released under GNU GPL.
-FDM lets you download files and whole web sites from any remote server via HTTP, HTTPS and FTP.
You can also download files using BitTorrent protocol.Regards,
The Conqueror
