generic host win32 process services

hi to all,

i have a lenovo y500 laptop with winxp sp2 and server 2003 as dual boot. the problem is that whenever i start browsing internet this error pop up randomly (i.e. no definite tine may be 2 min or 2 hr) and once i respond it hangs my conn even i cannot disconnect. i am posting the snapshot .even right now i have draged it to a side and typing after few min even if i don't respond none of the website opens.this problem solves only when i restart my laptop. please help

this problem is very common. in fact it just happened to me 5 days ago. see if u can find my thread. what i did was first try system restore. if that doesnt work scan with ad aware and avast. if that doesnt work download zonealarm any and block generic host processes in zonealarm BUT allow it to run in trusted internet access. tell me which one for u works. generic host is just for sending messeges to microsoft which is a prety bullcrap.
