Quick Lauch Icons & Tray Icons become LARGE

I dont exactly remember what i did last b4 shutting down my PC {i guess it was refreshing my monitor frequency frm 60 Hz to 75 Hz} BUt after a reboot strange thing happen, everything is working fine except Quick Lauch Icons & Tray Icons become LARGE see link http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q...comeslarge.jpg Dear forum membes PLEASE see that this is NOT the usual "LARGE ICONS" when you click Empty area of Quick Lauch bar with Right Mouse Button and get View -> Large Icons.
Any advice on this ? Thanks for suggestions / advice in Advance.

I think you changed some settings in "Desktop Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced" which is causing this problem.

Make sure that "Active Titlebar" and "Caption Buttons" are set to "19".
