Default driver_irql_not_less_or_equal error

Friends, I am getting this driver_irql_not_less_or_equal error when I try to boot my PC.
Restarting too does not help, but Safe Mode works just fine.
I am currently logged into safe mode with networking to get help here.
Some please help me quick!!!
How do I solve it?
I have not installed any new hardware/software in my PC in the past 2 months now!!

if u try sending the error report to MS it will show that--this error is caused when some device stops working and reinstalling drivers is the solution.

Seems like some Driver Problem. Update your Graphics Driver.

Also check your RAM for failure...
