how to get vista look?

i hav vistaVG (by vishal) it is good one.
but in vista premium when multiple windows r open then if we choose one window another goes behind with some fashion (i dont know what that called)

My question is can i get this think in XP?

If you mean [Windows+Tab] or 'Switch between Windows' then I guess it isn't possible. However wait for VG.
