Unhappy Problem installing the boot screen....

I tried 2 install a new boot screen using Tune Up Utilities 2007 but a error message was given stating...
"An error ocurred during installation of the boot screen. An error ocurred while updating the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\TUKernel.exe(version:5.1.2600. 3093(xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2227-2254)). Please make sure that you are logged on as an administrator and that you have the necessary permissions to modify this file."
i hav changed boot screens no of times initially...n the current boot screen running now looks like windows XP boot screen but when i saw there were two windows XP boot screens in tune up styler..the screen shot is given current boot screen in styler..wat to do????

I am not getting you exactly.
First make sure.........
1) you are logged as admin
2) First make the bootscreen as default.
3) Now reboot the system..and try to change the boot screen using tuneUp..
