Unable to open Flicker

last few days i m not being able to open my flickr account thru my office computer, all other sites are opening perfectly. apart from office at other places its working perfectly fine. just cudnt figure out wats the problem. no one has blocked any sites from visiting too. i am using a tata indicom unlimited conn.

sad to say that www.flickr.com is still not opening. i am havng no problem with any othr sites. i have formatted the hard drive. installed everything fresh, but still the problem didnt solve. pls hlp.

Visit www.iamunblocked.com and use a proxy.
The problem isnt with your OS
Reisntalling wont help

i have tried using proxy but whenever i tried to sing in it redirects me to yahoo.com page.

DIY(do it yourself). He can't change it anymore. 1 minute time for changing thread title is over looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong ago.
