i am looking for utility to save flash files from net and my browser cache folders

hi i am looking for utility to save flash files from net and my browser cache folders like Movies Extractor Scout from http://bytescout.com/moviesextractorscout.html. i want a software which can scan the folrders of my browsers i.e mozilla opera and internet explorer for flash files.

Just save the page.. & the flash gets saved too. Or use addons like Unplug to save streaming media.

i want something which can take out data from my browsers cache. because i dont want to waste my bandwith. see if i watch a video at youtube then it already gets stored in my browser cache.so if i use any site like keepvid or use any stream downloader then it will again download the whole thing.which means twice the bandwith used for the same thing. i want a good program that scans my browser cache for any flash stuff.

i do this:
Whenever I see a youtube video or a flash file, I open up Firefox's Cache folder, Change the view to Details and arrange them by last modified. While flash loads or the youtube video downloads to cache, I check the topmost or subsequent files whose size keeps on increasing. After it downloads completely, I copy to another folder and rename it to .flv or .swf accordingly. Simple

In IE the use the same method. see in the temp folder. sometimes it may look like some other file, but change the extension to flv. Thank you for teaching firefox method.
