Hi

Can we open a MS Word 07 or MS PPT 07 file in old
MS-Office for e.g: MS Office-2003

u will need office 2007 compatibility pack u can download it for free from here:

Or install openoffice.org 2.3+, it's free office suite too.

Install Portable openoffice.org and try to open it from there..!!!
It will solve ur problem...!!!

he wants to open MS office 2007 files in office 2003 and u want him to switch to another office suite

or y not just save the Word/PP files in a format that can b read by Office2003

a little manual Save..as may be required, butthen no need of any updates

^^ yes that can be done a compatible mode is available in save as and it can be even set as default
