Help - Taskbar Gone

Respected Forum Member,
I need your help, I have Mircosoft Windows XP Professional installed in my system. Everything was working fine..Until one day my task bar is lost. Now I don't have Taskbar, No Start Button, Nothing...Can you People help me out. I tried using Window Button but nothing happens.

it cud just b minimsed to the bottom [not auto-hide but minimsed]

wen u press the M.S. button does the menu bar come up?

yup!! i m damn sure...that it is not there...

yes!! explorer.exe is running...
i start all my application from Task Manager!!

are your desktop contents visible? Can you bring up the run dialog on pressing Win+R keys?
