Default problem in disk defragmenter


Hello! everyone, I got a problem in windows xp disk defragmenter just after freshly installing it. When i starts it then it displays an error(as in image1) when i click ok then it displays as in the image2 . how to resolve this problem.

try this
Insert Your Windows XP CD in CD Drive
Open Command Prompt by typing "cmd" in run
and than type
sfc /scannow

if this doesnt work than let us know

Try this:
Go to Run and type 'regsvr32 dfrgui.dll' without the codes and click OK. You'll get a message and again click OK.

Now try using the Defragmenter........

Also, before you do disk Defragment, use cCleaner, a freeware to clean unwanted files.
