Default Loudness-measuring software

I want a software which will record a number of sounds(or loud voices,to be more exact),and measure which one is the loudest of all. Is there any such software? Please reply soon.

Try Goldwave. It's having a graph where you can see the dB.

Use your ears.

No, really, try searching for "dB meter". Might help, don't know!

Do you want to measure the peak loudness or the average?

If its for home, try wavelab

For professional or theater, use a SPL meter.
