Default BitComet Issues

Using Windows XP with SP2

I use BitComet for torrents and i get a yellow status light message saying that listen port (220.224.**.***)is blocked. You can still download but the speed will not be very fast. Please check your firewall of NAT router settings.

I have a Reliance Wireless Netconnect connection.
My HTTP downloads are doing excellent. This issue only comes up with torrents.

For years,BitComet has been associated with $hitty bit torrent compatibility.
Change your torrent client to uTorrent and as stated before please check your firewall settings.

But they may block some ports required by torrents. Just Stop the firewall nd see if the port has been opened. It ll sure work.
Most of the fire walls block it nd this include comodo also.
