font has been changed in XP, to ??????

Hi guyz, i installed XP thru egyptian XP SP3 CD. After installing font were in ARABIC, so i changed to UNITED STATES thru REGIONAL SETTINGS, under control panel. Now all fonts are changed to normal, except in some programs, like display properties, and and right click on desktop. Now it showing ???????? instead of font. check the screenshots.. Plzzzzzz help me out.........

Make sure Arial and other font are installed here:
start-->> control panel-->. fonts

from any other windows XP system , copy all fonts from here:
start-->> control panel -->> fonts

And paste/ replace them here in your windows Xp system:
start-->> control panel -->> fonts


Also:
Start -->> Run-->> type regedit and press enter-->>Windows registry editor will open-->>Now navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes


Make sure the value of these two are as follow:
MS Shell Dlg -->> Microsoft sans Serif
MS Shell Dlg2 -->> Tahoma

If it is not..than set the value to that....restart ....should solve your problem.

re-install it dont do a fresh install just re-install it and choose english as the language

Try using system restore before repairing windows

Just go to Control Panel -> Regional And Language Option and change to English(United Stated).

After this go to Advance Tab and also select English(United States) and Apply the settings.

Restart and see if it prervails or not.
