Photoshop CS3 Problem :(
It's driving me to nuts. I have the Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) installed though. So please help!

Happens most definitely when you use a half-good patched loader for it.
No help on that, either do what you did in a better way or lighten your pockets.

Did u install the Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package after you installed Photoshop ? If this is the case, then try re-installing Adobe Photoshop
