unlocker problem!!!!

hi guys! My usb drive locks often these days and whenever i try to unlock(by right clicking) with unlocker(installed on my pc) it gives error message.
"Error Debug Privileges" followed by a link to unlocker website. How do i solve this? Reinstalling did not solve.
Also will it harm my usb drive if i keep it connected to my PC for long time(for hours) coz i do this.

This was the problem with your local security policies settings, follow these steps :

To access the local group policy

1. From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools.
3. In the Administrative Tools window, double-click Local Security Policy.
4. In the Local Security Settings window, expand the Local Policies folder.
5. Click User Rights Assignment.
6. In the Policy column, double-click Debug programs to view current local group policy assignments in the Local Security Policy Setting dialog box.
7. To add new users, click the Add User or Group button.
8. Here add your User name i.e; system name other than main Administrator
