I am getting this message while shutting down my PC..............

if so, den try disabling ur floppy drive from BIOS/device manager and after sum time re-enable it

I want to know how disabling the floopy drive can help me.....

slugger is talking about floppy disk and not Compact Disk. Try disabling the option of scanning floppy before shutting down in your antivirus software
