Problem in opening web sites...!

can some body help me out ...!

I am unable to open some website from my browser.. initially i thought that it is the problem on their website but when i verified with some of my friends then i realize that it's the problem from my site ...
these are the site that are not opening...
1. www.humsurfer.com
2. payperpost.com (opening sometime)
3. indianpad.com (opening sometime)
and many more site are there where i have to press the "try again" button six to seven time after that they opens...
i thought it could be the problem with antivirus and firewall, I exit kaspersky and it's firewall but same problem....i also tried with other browser like IE Opera .....!
i generally use mozilla firefox....!

I tried with IE Opera and maxthon ,,, with this browser it is not at all opening but with mozilla i have to hit the try again button 15 to 30 times after which the site are opening ,,
other sites like digit, orkut, google, blogger yahoo etc are ok....

clear ur browser history & cookies .......

check ur win host file , firewall .......

restart ur pc & c .......

good.....atleast some1has experienced what i exp....long back....i searched net for teh solution but couldnt get it.....
I had problem with IE...but opera worked fine..but u have problem with all.....
i dont knw the solution...other than reinstalling OS...as that has sovled my problem....
