Default Windows explorer restarting in Vista


I am having problem in windows vista...The windows explorer is restarting many a times while performing any task....
Plz find me the solution....
Unbounded Bond is offline

Check if you have installed any helpers or add-ons to your explorer. Uninstall them. Often, even 3rd party shell extensions can cause Explorer to crash on particular actions. Several programs add items to the right click context menu. Download freeware utility ShellExView. It will let you view & disable suspect 3rd party shell extensions. ShellExView can be also be used for solving contextmenu problems in Explorer, like, say, if the Right-click is slow.

I dwnlded ShellExview but how cd i find which program shd be disabled....in the big list....
plz tell me any suspected progs which i shd disable

it seems your system is infected by virus or spywares.
Take your vista DVD and boot from it .
Here select check for problem option. and choose system restore.
If you are luky u will find a restore point. restore it to the point where you think your system was in the good state.
Also try to boot in safe mode. and solve the problem.
