Laptop Hang When Dialing CDMA Modem

Hi,
I am using HP Compaq nx6320.
When connecting to My Nokia 2112 with CA-42 cable Both Laptop & Mobile Screen showing Connecting... & after sometime total system hang which need Hard Reboot.

With the same Setup it is working fine with PC.
Pl find the log & help me...

Try if reinstalling drivers and dialer client works after removing them

I Have tried many option but not successfully.Basically when connecting with PC it is also getting CD Low & after sometime it shows CD never High Continuing..............
