Default Suggest a Good Software for Data Backup..

Hi Guys,

I need to make backup of my OS and applications that I have installed in it..
I dont need to backup my ENTIRE harddisk. Just the OS partition..

Also I have one more doubt..
Suppose i have installed OS on "C:\" which is a 10GB partition.
I make a backup of ONLY "C:\" and later when I need to restore it on my friend's PC then will it work fine or not..??
does the existing partitions get affected as well ??

Thanks..

OS Backup means only one software - Acronis True Image
OS Cloning is dependent on the hardware present on one's PC.
If both you and your friend have the same hardware config, then the clone of your C:/ will work when you restore it in his PC. Otherwise it wont work.
As simple as that.
