i have installed xp in new hdd but i am unable to access my docs on other hdd.help...

i have just bought a new hdd and i have installed xp on it also.now i have xp on both my hdd's.i go to bios and select which hdd i want to boot from.
actually i will format my older hdd later on but now i need to transfer some files and settings from it.
so the problem is when i boot from my new hdd and go to the c drive of my older hdd(which is now my H drive) and go to documents and settings and click on my administrator a/c folder i get the error message

H:\Documents and Settings\administrator is not accessible
access denied

whats the problem??

try copyin it thru command prompt or safe mode

Between is ur old hard disk NTFS??
