should be 8x, showing 4x, d 865 gbf

hello, my mobo is

intel d865 gbf,

it should be agp 8x, as per feature details, but when i try getting system information with various tools

si sandra,& everest

it says 4x agp ??

so do i have 8x or 4x, someone told me, there was a option in bios, i couldnt find any such option in bios,

anyone delt with such a problem before ??

should i take it back to service center, or it is not that serious ? i do have a gfx card, i hope its doesnt degrade the performace

is it original intel or the chipset?
if u have another os installed, check with it.
refer the manual(mainboard) if there's a jumper setting or stuff like that
